These terms govern your use of the Turnkii website and the services we provide. By using the site, sending a brief, or engaging us for a project, you agree to them. Your specific project is also governed by the signed scope and contract for that project, which prevails if it differs from these terms.
Turnkii provides home finishing, furniture and FF&E, kitchens, HVAC, shutters, outdoor works, and related delivery and handover services in Cairo and the North Coast. Any prices, ranges, lead times and estimates shown on the site or in a brief are indicative. A firm quotation is issued only after a site visit and a written scope.
During delivery we share progress media in your account for your review. Accepting an item, and signing off a milestone, confirms your acceptance of that work and authorises release of the associated payment. Sign-off records are kept as part of your contract history.
Changes to an agreed scope are priced and agreed in writing before they proceed. Site conditions discovered after the survey may require a variation.
Installed finishes, joinery and systems carry a twelve-month workmanship warranty from handover, subject to normal use and care. Post-handover cleaning and maintenance are separate, optional services. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products pass to you where applicable.
Building-level facility management is delivered by Eltizam Asset Management under its own contract, staff and insurance. Turnkii introduces you to Eltizam; the facility-management agreement is between you and Eltizam and is not part of your Turnkii unit contract.
If you hold a client account, keep your login secure and your contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
The site, its content, designs, images and branding are owned by Turnkii or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Design proposals and drawings we prepare remain ours until paid for in full as set out in your contract.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for a delivered project is governed by that project’s contract.
The site may link to third-party sites and use third-party tools; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
