Who we are

“Turnkii”, “we”, “us” means the Turnkii home-finishing business operating in Cairo and the North Coast, Egypt. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, contact us at info@turnkii.app.

What we collect

• Details you give us — when you build a brief, request a proposal, or contact us: your name, phone number, email, property type, size, location, chosen services and style, budget or financing preference, and any notes you add.
• Account & project data — if you have a client account: your properties, projects, payment records, uploaded receipts, and the progress media and approvals shared with you.
• Usage & device data — pages visited, referring links, approximate location, device and browser information, collected through cookies and analytics.
• Marketing attribution — campaign parameters (UTMs) and ad-click identifiers so we can understand which channels bring enquiries.

How we use your data

• To respond to your brief or enquiry, book a site visit, and prepare a costed scope.
• To deliver and manage your project, process staged payments, and share progress for your approval.
• To improve the site and our services, and to measure and optimise our marketing.
• To send you service messages, and — only where permitted — occasional updates you can opt out of.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, to remember your choices, and to measure traffic. We use Google Analytics 4 and marketing pixels (which may include Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn) to understand performance and reach relevant audiences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host our site, store data, send messages, or process analytics on our behalf.
• Delivery partners and suppliers engaged on your project, limited to what they need to do the work.
• Eltizam Asset Management, if you request facility management — that enquiry is passed to Eltizam, who handle it under their own agreement and privacy terms.
• Authorities or advisors where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Payment information

We record payment milestones and any bank-transfer receipts you upload. We do not store full card details; card payments, where offered, are handled by a regulated payment provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Sign-off and payment records are retained as part of the contract history.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Egyptian data-protection law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent for marketing. To make a request, email info@turnkii.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
